I don’t love myself unless I have good reasons to do so.

I judge myself if I see somebody who is more successful than me.

I feel inferior to people I admire.

I feel ashamed of many of my personality traits.

I can’t love myself if I’m criticised.

I hate not being able to understand something.

I don’t take care of myself well.

It’s hard for me to share my deep feelings.

I get frustrated when I don’t understand things.

I get anxious when I have to perform for others.

I don’t believe that I am lovable.

I feel anxiety when I learn something new.

I need a lot of attention and love from others.

I need to tell people my stories of suffering.

I wish I could change my body.

I let people push me around.

I struggle to stay in the present moment.

I need to tell people about my achievements.

I feel deflated when I see others having a good time.

I can't feel good about myself unless I am successful.

I get anxious when I don't understand things.
